Warning to UK trades/engineers!
These ‘Scottish’ fraudsters tried to scam me with an upfront fee of £2300 for a 12 month contract!
Glad I did not pay!!
Warning: 🚨 FRAUD ALERT🚨
Beware of scams implying association with Prudential Property Management Ltd(PPM). To the extent of using our companies house number.
Prudential Property Management has been made aware of certain correspondence being circulated via email, from Internet websites, and via regular mail, and phone calls falsely stating that it is issued by or in association with Prudential Property Management Ltd or team. These scams, which may seek to obtain money and, in many cases, personal details from the recipients of such correspondence, are fraudulent.
Please note that:
* Prudential Property Management (PPM) does not charge a fee at any stage of its contractural period (application, interview, processing, training or other fees; and
* Prudential Property Management is not associated with Prudential Home Management.
* PPM does not have any business location in Scotland.
* PPM does not request any information related to bank accounts or other private information during an initial consultation.
* PPM is not currently recruiting for any Subcontractors or gas engineer, and should we do in the nearest future, it would either be via recorded telephone conversation through our telephone number 020 3929 3459 or/and email address: [email protected]
* PPM has already taken the step to report the numerous cases to Companies House, Action Fraud, England Police and Scottish Police, as many of the callers claimed to have received a call from our branch in Scotland. We do not have any Office in Dundee Scotland.
