We're proud of this patio refurbishment project. We lifted the existing slabs and monolith which had dropped badly. The sub base was strengthened and the slabs were laid back on a reinforced concrete base and we formed a new pond for the monolith. Good job done 💪🏼

Another set of drawings produced. The customer wanted to open up the ground floor to create a large kitchen with crittal style doors leading to the garden. First floor alterations. We also produced an M&E diagram to help secure accurate quotations from their builders.

Just finished our part in this project... taken the wall out between the kitchen and dining room, blocked up a doorway and archway and created a new doorway into the lounge. Incl all plastering and carpentry works. Ready for their kitchen fitter and decorator. Was great to provide the customer with the drawings for the structural engineer and also liaise with them on their behalf 👏🏼

We've returned to complete the decking in this Landscaping transformation. The customer is very happy and so are we! The space is now a great space for entertaining.

We've been plastering this week!... 2 bed flat, all the ceilings prepped and skimmed after the asbestos team finished the scrapping back of the artex. Next week... decorations 👍🏼

Gable end built up and roof structure built. EDPM flat roof membrane installed. Felt and Baton on ready for tiles next week 👊🏼

Guess who's back... back again!
Pitched roof design ammendment has been approved and the Scaffold is back up. Structural steel set on pads (bang on level... of course), block work adjusted and plate ready to go on. Trusses arriving on Friday!
Let's get this extension back on track!! 👊🏼

Our latest project... the door linings were installed by us before the plastering (by others) and now we're back to install the skirting and Architrave followed by hanging all the doors.
