Planning approval secured for another local residential project.

We initially developed a larger proposal for this bungalow, but as the project progressed, our client's requirements changed, and the scope was reconsidered to better suit their budget.

We worked with them to adapt the design and develop a new proposal for a wraparound extension, which has now successfully received planning approval.

Projects can change along the way, and that's why we work closely with our clients throughout the process, adapting designs where needed to find the right solution for them.

From drawings to site.

Work is now underway on this residential project, which includes a large rear extension and new garden room.

From the initial designs and planning drawings through to the technical detail needed for construction, we’ve supported the project through each stage and it’s great to now see those plans taking shape on site.

Planning approval secured for another exciting local residential transformation.

After three previous planning attempts with different designers, we’re proud to have helped secure approval for this project through a thoughtful design approach and a clear understanding of the planning system.

The proposal completely reimagines the existing property through a full wraparound and multi-level extension, transforming it into a contemporary three-storey family home with a proposed floor area of 237m².
