Richmond Park Road – progress update 🏗️✨

Another big push on site at Richmond Park Road with the internals really starting to take shape now. Plastering complete, rooms opened up, first fix details landing into place and the development starting to feel like finished homes rather than a building site 👌

From clean stair runs and freshly boarded bathrooms to bright open-plan living spaces, this project is moving on nicely and the transformation is there to see. A lot of detail goes into getting to this stage — and we’re only getting started 🔥

🏡 CARLTON ROAD | FINAL STRETCH

It’s always satisfying when a project starts looking less like a construction site and more like somebody’s future home. 👊

Carlton Road is now firmly into the final finishes phase, with drainage completed, decorating well underway, bathrooms being tiled, services commissioned and the finishing touches being added throughout.

Looking back at where this project started compared to where it is today reminds us just how much work goes into delivering quality homes.

Countless hours from every trade.
Hundreds of decisions.
Thousands of details.

Now we’re pushing hard towards completion and another successful handover.

Not long until this one hits the market and starts its next chapter. 🏡✨

🏗️ LORNE PARK ROAD | PROGRESS UPDATE

Things are moving at pace on our Lorne Park Road development. 👊

Over the last few weeks we’ve seen significant progress across the project, with structural works completed, roofing finished, internal layouts taking shape and first-fix services advancing throughout the building.

From steelwork and framing through to underfloor heating, screeds and apartment fit-outs, every trade is now working towards bringing this development to life.

It’s always satisfying seeing a project transition from a construction site into a building that people can begin to imagine living in.

The hard work that goes into getting to this stage often goes unnoticed, but it’s these early phases that lay the foundations for a quality finished product.

Plenty still to do, but we’re making strong progress and look forward to sharing further updates as we move closer to completion. 🚀

⚠️ THE JOB THAT JUST KEPT GIVING…

…and not in a good way.

Regulation changes.

Design changes.

Programme delays.

Then a few more regulation changes for good measure.

What started out looking like one of our most straightforward developments quickly became one of the most challenging projects we’ve ever delivered.

Planning approvals from a different era, changing Building Regulations, the introduction of the Building Safety Act, endless coordination, redesigns and delay after delay.

Yet here we are.

Brick by brick.

Problem by problem.

Solution by solution.

We’re now approximately 10 weeks from completion and finally seeing daylight at the end of the tunnel. 💪

Soon this site will be handed over, occupied and serving the purpose it was built for.

Not every project is remembered because it was easy.

Some are remembered because they refused to beat you.

This is one of those projects. 👊🏗️

🏗️ NEW DEVELOPMENT | FLORENCE ROAD, BOSCOMBE 🏗️

A long time in the making, but we’re finally gaining some real traction on this one.

Our team is now on site installing hoarding and carrying out the initial site setup works, preparing the way for construction to officially get underway.

This exciting new development on Florence Road, Boscombe will deliver over 20 new apartments, helping to provide much-needed high-quality housing in the area.

As with any project of this scale, there’s plenty of work happening behind the scenes before the first foundations are poured, but it’s great to see boots on the ground and progress being made after months of planning and preparation.

Over the coming months we’ll be sharing regular updates as the site transforms from what you see today into a substantial residential development.

Every project starts somewhere… and we’re looking forward to bringing this one to life. 👊

🌊 NEW PROJECT | MUDEFORD QUAY & HIGHCLIFFE SAILING CLUB ⛵

We’re delighted to be starting work at one of the most recognisable locations on the Dorset coastline – Highcliffe Sailing Club at Mudeford Quay.

From the back end of summer, we’ll be carrying out a programme of works designed to strengthen, modernise and improve the building for many years to come.

This project is moving into one of the most exciting phases of the build, and the finish line is now firmly in sight. 👊

Before anyone comments on the mess… yes, it’s not quite as tidy as we’d normally like for photos 📸😂 but it’s a building site after all!

With windows due in tomorrow and the drylining team ready to hit the project full force, the transformation is about to accelerate.

🔥 CASTLE AVENUE | COMPLETED PROJECT UPDATE 🔥

It’s always great to revisit completed projects and see them once the homeowners have added their own finishing touches.

The recent weather has finally allowed the clients to complete the external landscaping and decorative works, and what a difference it makes 👌

This project involved:

🏗️ Front extension
🏗️ Side extension
🏗️ Rear extension
🏗️ Significant structural alterations
🏗️ Complex steel installation to create the open-plan spaces and full side extension layout

Like many refurbishment and extension projects, this one threw up its fair share of challenges along the way. From structural complexities to integrating new and existing elements seamlessly, every obstacle was met head-on and overcome by the team.

The end result is a home that has been completely transformed, creating significantly more living space while maintaining a design that looks like it has always belonged there.

Projects like this are a great reminder that the real success isn’t just in building extensions—it’s in delivering solutions when challenges arise.

This one is really starting to take shape now…

✅ Roof complete
✅ Integrated solar installed
✅ First fix complete
✅ Service relocations underway
✅ Windows on order and incoming

With the building envelope rapidly coming together, we’re gearing up to push this project into its next phase very shortly.

The scale and design of this transformation are incredible, but the standout feature has to be that rear master bedroom gable window 😍 Framing views across the garden and flooding the space with natural light, it’s going to be something special when complete.

A huge effort from everyone involved to get us to this stage. Plenty more exciting progress to come on this one.
