What a difference three months make.
We kicked off our Brockenhurst 🌳project at the start of the year, facing two solid months of relentless rain and flooding. After removing over 650 tonnes of earth and digging down 3 metres below ground level, we’re finally approaching a major milestone getting ready for the wall plates.
The steels went in today, supplied by 🏗️, and it feels like a huge step forward. A big shoutout to 🧱who have worked tirelessly alongside us throughout this challenging phase.
Laying six courses of trench blocks below ground certainly wasn’t easy ,especially trekking them over knee-high clay —but seeing the face work come together makes it all worthwhile.
All ducting and drainage are now in place, ready for services, completed by DWS Drainage & Water Specialist 💧
Next up: scaffolding after the bank holiday, and then the roof will be going on in the coming weeks.
