New fence and custom sized gate fitted.

This gate was made so that the small section can remain closed and the larger section can be used as the gate but as my clients like to get their bikes in and out and have bulkier things to move about sometimes, they can open the smaller side as well creating a larger area to get through. 👌🏻

Sometimes I get messages asking to see my process for certain things…..so here you go. I do like how the deeper carved bowl is a slightly lighter colour

This is a square bowl made from reclaimed Iroko worktops. The finish applied is a blend of beeswax and mineral oil.
I use carbide chisel tips on my lathe. Plenty of other ways to do it though.
Using to keep me in the zone!

Filled a gap. 👍🏻

Basically, the next door neighbour had a new fence put in which then disturbed everything on this side of the fence, from the original decking, to wiring and leaving a fairly big gap.
Rather than try and make it look the same as the existing, we made it look different so it was more of a feature. Some tricky cuts but got it done. 👌🏻🪚
