Re-roof Completed on this lovely bungalow in ferndown recently using sandtoft danum tle tiles

All mechanically fixed dry verge and ridge system for longetivity

We had to rebuild the small gable timber work above the valleys as these completely failed causing sagged timber and ridgeline

We carried this out back in December when all it did was rain 🌧

Needless to say the end result looks fantastic and comes with a 10year one warranty supplied by the suppliers

"Green roof" safe to say we caught this one in time the build up of growth on this flat roof alone added extra weight and so did the 1.5tonne of shingle also

We removed this removed the failed felt and installed a premium torch on felt system issuing a 10-year guarantee

The owners were extremely grateful for the hard work we put in on this one

Originally came to replace the poor guttering on this conservatory roof.

To find this has been dangerously fitted with only 1x 4x2 timber as a support against the building and hollow soffit as a rear shelt with one layer of un torched felt acting as a waterproof layer safe to say was leaking like a sieve.

We fully removed the roof, installed a structural ring beam onto existing wall plates and raised the height of the roof above both flat roof which was tricky as they were different heights.

The customer is over the moon With the results and the test came when we had extremely heavy rain pours as soon as the vans were packed.
