Solid pine floor in Southbourne. Old floor removed and any failing joists have been removed. Extra joists put in where necessary. Then all gaps filled with . Starting from the middle we followed the existing plank line from the hallway and worked out to the walls. The planks are pinned and glued to stop any movement. Once the glue had dried we belt sanded the entire floor to ensure a smooth finish. We were able to access the property from a rear door to minimise disruption to the rest of the property.
