New Baxi 819 installed over in Towcester! Comes with a 10 year warranty and system filter as standard.

Up in the airing cupboard and loft, we combined the cold feed and vent, replaced the pump and tidied up the pipework.

As with all installs we carried out a full system clean using our MagnaCleanse unit, and removed the feed and expansion cistern to clean this out as well.

Another good job done, before the heating season kicks in. 🙌🏻

Quite a satisfying little clean up on this Ideal Logic that hadn’t been looked after in a while..

Removed the casing to find all sorts of dust and debris, covering all the components within. We carried out a major service as there was no obvious signs work had been carried out on the boiler within the last 8 years.

New burner gasket, electrodes, flue duct seals, gas O rings and fan gasket.
Injector and Venturi assembly cleaned.
Vessel checked and replenished.
Heat exchanger and condense trap cleaned out.

Back in a healthy condition once more!

Emergency Leak!

There’s been easier access 😅 called out to this leak in Syresham, and found the 35mm compression tee had corroded, and had been leaking for quite a while. Isolated the heating circuit and drained down. Core drilled an access through the block work, removed the old damaged pipe and replaced like for like. 🙌🏻

Pictures from 1st to 2nd fix of these wonderful anthracite grey Stelrad Radiators installed in Brackley.

Sized for the room to give the correct output, but in a nice modern grey, which adds a nice contrast!

Carrying out a service on this Ideal Logic in Brackley but found the casing was all cracked, therefore the appliance was no longer room sealed.. and had to be turned off.

Returned to site today with the new casing, carried out the service as normal, and back to its safe working condition. Heating and hot water back on! 🙌🏻

Just goes to show the importance of having your gas appliances checked regularly.

Called into this new build property in Banbury, to replace both basin / pedestal set ups for vanity units.

With a lot of space in both the main bathroom and en suite, but a lack of storage, our customer purchased these vanity units to overcome this. 🙌🏻

They look great and as if they had been installed since day one.

Lots of jobs completed recently!

With the warmer weather here, it’s the perfect time for heating upgrades such as changing radiators and radiator valves.

Also changed a lot of kitchen taps too, and installed this electric shower as the previous one was leaking from every joint inside the unit.

Last picture was from a boiler, where the customer had work done by others but left the filling loop open, over pressurising the boiler and causing the PRV to open.
