🏠 ROOF REPAIR COMPLETED 🏠

Another roof brought back into shape with a few important repairs carried out to help protect the property from the elements.

Works completed :-

• Removed old cement pointing and replaced with a 3:1 cement mix, finished to a neat standard.

• Removed old chimney cement cloaking and replaced with new 3:1 cement.

• Removed broken Yorkshire stone slates and replaced with reclaimed Yorkshire stone slates, carefully matched to the existing roof.

• All waste materials removed from site.

• Full before & after photos provided to the client.

🏠 ANOTHER ROOFING JOB COMPLETED! 🏠

- Removed old cemented angle-capped ridge tiles and installed a maintenance-free dry ridge system.
- Removed a bodged section of approximately 1sqm, then re-felted, re-lathed and re-tiled with Rosemary tiles.
- Removed the old cemented verge and installed a maintenance-free linear dry verge system.
-Installed a chimney cowl cap over the chimney pot
- Replaced broken tiles with new Rosemary tiles
- All waste materials removed from site

Why have this work done?

Another roof transformation completed by D O’Connor Roofing! 😁👍🏻

For this project, we stripped off the old Rosemary tiles and replaced them with brand-new Terracotta Marley Modern tiles.
Completely refreshing the appearance of the property while providing reliable, long-term protection from the elements. ⛈️✔️

We also installed a maintenance-free dry ridge and dry verge system, eliminating the need for traditional mortar and helping to ensure a more durable, weather-resistant finish for years to come. 💪🏻😏
