Some more laminate flooring completed last weekend. Four legged friend kept me company throughout!
Skirting boards were also put on and new doors hung! Keep an eye out for the doors👀🟢

Nice kitchen refresh completed.

🟢New doors, handles and end panels.

⚪️Larder cupboard and fridge freezer taken out, re levelled and put back.

Works carried out on a dormer bungalow earlier this year.
Upstairs in this property there were 2 box rooms which could be used as bedrooms but no bathroom. We reconfigured the layout in one of the bedrooms to create room to put a bathroom in.

Works completed were as follows

🟢 Non load bearing wall taken down and new stud wall put back up.

⚪️New door frames installed

🟢Plaster board fitted

⚪️Splash backs installed throughout whole bathroom

🟢Flooring laid and trim put on

Works completed on a staircase

⚪️It was decided that the lay out of the steps wasn’t ideal, so the first job was the lower the top step and create a step up either side

🟢Panelling was then custom made to fit and installed

⚪️Hand rails were attached on either side

🟢All of the wood work was undercoated and painted, as well as the walls/ ceiling receiving a fresh coat of paint

2023 has been a very busy year! From house renovations to having a little one arrive, it has been non stop! 👨🏽‍🍼🏡

Time to have a very big catch up on all the works we have been doing! 👀🟢
