Full Job Description/Role Purpose:
• To work alongside and support the current management team
• To be responsible for the day to day scheduling of engineers appointments, logistics, communicating with clients and customers as well as invoicing and other general office roles
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for the administration, co-ordination, filing and general organisation of paper work and documentation
• To communicate with existing clients and customers in response to any questions or queries raised
• To communicate with customers, clients and supplier enquiries regarding bookings, order status, changes or cancellations
• Contact and liaise with customers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and engineer appointments
• Good polite communication skills are vital alongside an ability to be able to communicate comfortably over the phone
• Competent user of all Microsoft applications, including Excel
Preferable Skills:
• Experience with Sage accounting software
• Experience in working within the construction industry
• Experience with working as part of a team in an office based environment
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Pay: Negotiable dependant on experience
