Oak Bannister installed this week on a cut string stair. All spindles mortice and tenoned into the treads in the traditional way. Top newel post made from some reclaimed oak to match the existing floor to ceiling newel post at the bottom. This was a fun project, Can't wait to see it once the decorator gets a coat of wax on it

Well I've been quiet on here for a while, I've been too busy to post anything! Here's a recent kitchen fit we did in Lothersdale. I never got a photo of it totally finished because the granite worktops didn't arrive while I was there unfortunately. This kitchen came from diy-kitchens.com
