Our industry runs on people. Engineers out on new housing developments in all weathers. Teams keeping water, electricity and fibre connections on track so homes can be handed over on time. Long days, long drives, a lot of time away from home.

Pressure like that doesn’t always get talked about. This year’s World Mental Health Day theme, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change”, is a good prompt to change that.

At TriConnex, our Wellbeing Champions make sure there’s always someone to talk to, whether you’re in the office or out on site. We don’t save these conversations for one day a year.

Today is a good reminder to check in on a colleague, a mate or a family member. A simple conversation can make all the difference 💚

We're pleased to have been recognised by Croudace Homes for our work at Hermitage Park, Maidstone 🏘️

The site has received an NHBC Pride in the Job 2026 Quality Award. Croudace has formally acknowledged TriConnex's support as a member of the site team.

Our aim on every development is to integrate into the housebuilder's team and deliver a fully coordinated utility solution. It's good to see that recognised on a site built to this standard.

Yesterday, colleagues across our Braintree office got together for our annual Macmillan Coffee Morning, and we managed to raise over £450 for Macmillan Cancer Support! 🍰

A big thank you to all our bakers. There were lots of cakes, cookies and treats to choose from, and it's safe to say they didn't last long.

Every donation will help Macmillan keep supporting people living with cancer and their families, so thank you to everyone who donated, baked or popped by for a slice.

HouseBuilder Challenge 2026 Complete ✅️

A huge congratulations to our TriConnex Troopers, who successfully completed the challenging 20-mile route along the stunning Jurassic Coast in support of the Youth Adventure Trust.

With fantastic weather, beautiful coastal views and plenty of sunshine, conditions were perfect for another brilliant event. It was also great to once again sponsor such a fantastic event, helping support an outstanding charity.

We're incredibly proud of everyone who took part and represented TriConnex so brilliantly, all while raising funds for an outstanding cause that helps young people build confidence, resilience and vital life skills.

Together, the team raised £2000+, contributing towards an incredible £76,450 raised across the event so far.

A big thank you to the organisers, volunteers and everyone who donated and supported the challenge. Your generosity helps make a real difference.
