Another project completed in Saffron Walden, Essex. The house owner came to us on the back of a vehicle skidding through a busy junction in the town and through their perimeter wall. The wall was made safe, rubble was removed and the wall was rebuilt, rendered and painted to match existing.

We don’t always need full architectural drawings to bring our customers ideas to life. What started with an initial concept drawing on a scrap of paper from our client in Saffron Walden, Essex, resulted in a new downstairs bathroom and boot room. The utility room was removed to make way for a complete bathroom install giving our clients a much needed downstairs bathroom. Horizontal Metro tiles on the walls are complemented by mosaic floor tiles and vertical tiles in the shower cubicle. Antique brass tile edgings and ironmongery complete the design. Bespoke joinery has been produced to create a new boot room to house shoes, coats and wine. The floor has been finished using LVT laid in a Herringbone pattern.

Another bathroom conversion completed in Steeple Bumpstead, Essex. We removed the bath and replaced it with a 1700mm shower tray and screen. Metro tile wall panels were used for speed of installation for the customer.

Out with the old, in with the new on a wrap around double storey extension in Stebbing, Essex. The existing unsupported hand cut roof was removed making way for 97 new trusses that were craned in to position.
The original concrete tiles have been exchanged for new Marley Acme mixed brindle plain clay tiles.
Oversized gable ladders have been adapted and hand cut on site to give a real depth and grandeur to the front of the property.
