Game on for a great cause! 🎯

Last month, we ran a Darts Marathon in support of Hull4Heroes, bringing the team together for some friendly competition while raising money for a great charity.

Our original target was 70,000 points to celebrate Premier Modular’s 70th anniversary… but the team absolutely smashed it, finishing with an incredible 148,957 points! 👏

A huge congratulations to Simon, who claimed the top spot and won a £100 voucher of his choice 🏆

Thank you to everyone who got involved and helped make the challenge such a success.

When St Michael’s Catholic Grammar School needed extra classroom space for a growing student intake, speed, sustainability, and minimal disruption were key priorities.

A three-storey modular solution provided the answer. Using 18 modules across 665 m², the new building delivered:

👉 Six high-quality classrooms, toilets, and teacher offices on each floor
👉 Internal lift and accessible features to support inclusivity
👉 Plant and server rooms integrated internally to improve visual and noise impact
👉 High-efficiency NP solar panels and advanced insulation to support energy efficiency goals
👉 Careful preservation of a historic mosaic, safeguarding heritage during construction

Offsite construction allowed modules to be installed in just four days on a constrained site, reducing disruption to teaching, the local community, and protected trees. Temporary service diversions and careful planning ensured the school could continue operating while the new block was delivered.

The result is a sustainable, adaptable space that meets current needs while being ready for future growth, a practical example of how modular construction can combine speed, quality, and sensitivity on complex projects.

✔ Can projects meet higher expectations around certainty, quality, sustainability, and flexibility?
✔ Can the sector operate with the operational discipline clients now demand?
