Conversion from a 3” old inefficient one pipe heating system over 3 floors two original boilers removed.
39 radiators over the 3 floors. 2 cylinders ( to be changed to unvented cylinders at later date)
Now one boiler 5 zones, 3 central heating, 1 towel radiator zone(5 towel rails) and 1 twin cylinder hot water zone.
All app controlled via 3 thermostats.
Reconditioned all cast iron radiators and all new 1st floor radiators and valves.
Oh and a new internal cold water main plus alteration to make it water softener ready.
Some £11’000 of plumbing materials ( not including reconditioning radiators and new radiators and valves )
A lot of work to get done in 15 days total 🥵
