Grey sandstone slabs with purple sandstone border, timber sleeper flower beds and walls, leveled lawn with new turf, oak pergola with epdm roof and Radiata pine batten clad wall with lighting.
Great project to be asked to design and complete by fantastic clients again.

2 walls knocked down and load bearing steel installed to make into open plan. Lowered ceiling height, then ceiling and walls plastered. All new electrics and designer radiators fitted. Laminate flooring and tiling above worktop ready to fit the new kitchen and utility room.
Under stairs storage and seating area made to customers requirements.
New WC fitted.
