Recent project completed was a tricky one and very urgent.

Our customer originally had an issue with a water leak within her property, with an inspection in the attic and roof the cause of the issue was the dorma roof

The timber lintel supporting the roof was never large enough for its intended purpose causing the roof to concave around 125mm not only being a huge structural issue but also causing the lead roof to split and leak

Bringing a structural engineer into the scene and coming up with a plan to jack the roof back up from the ground floor up and replace the lintel for a new size specified by the structural engineer. Then changing the old cracked lead for a new EDPM rubber roof has this project all wrapped up and and a very happy customer
