Another one taking shape for Howard Smith 👌

A cracking space to work on this one, with some seriously high walls keeping us busy! 😅

The walls have now been plastered throughout, with the cement fibre board ceiling being left exposed as part of the finished design. The exposed timber beams alongside it should make a great feature once everything is completed.

With all that height and the large openings bringing plenty of light in, this is going to make a lovely kitchen when it’s finished. 👌

🏡 Another big one completed!

This EcoRend job was a serious undertaking from start to finish.

We fully hacked off the existing render, prepared the property, applied a complete scratch coat, before topping the whole lot out with a fresh EcoRend finish.

💪 Over 450 bags used across the job!

A huge amount of work went into this one, but the finished result speaks for itself — clean, crisp and a complete transformation of the property. 👌

Another private project completed by Bevan Plastering ✅

This one certainly had its challenges, with 5-metre high vaulted ceilings and plenty of awkward angles to work around, but no job is too big for the team.

We applied British Gypsum Universal One Coat throughout, leaving the ceilings ready for the next stage while keeping the crisp lines around the exposed oak trusses and the character of this stunning stone barn.

It's always rewarding working on buildings like this, blending modern plastering techniques with traditional features to help transform the space while preserving its original charm.

Another character property taking shape! 🏡

We've completed the finish coat using Lime Solo One Coat, giving these beautiful old stone walls a breathable, traditional finish that's perfect for a property like this.

Before the finish coat could be applied, the walls needed scratching and building out using Diasen to get everything as true as possible.

With a building of this age, nothing is straight, level or square! Every wall, beam and window reveal is different, making each room a unique challenge. That's all part of the character, and it's something we always work with rather than against.

Traditional lime products are ideal for these older properties, helping them breathe while maintaining their original charm.

Really pleased with how this one is coming together – it's been a great project to be involved with.

🏠 Big Project Underway! 🏠

You may have noticed we've been a bit quiet on here lately... that's because we've been busy getting stuck into this one!

We're currently hacking off the existing render on this large property, covering over 300m², before installing a full Ecorend rendering system.

This is a substantial project that will completely transform the appearance of the property while providing a durable, weather-resistant finish built to last.

A nice 4am start this morning as well to get ahead of the heat and make the most of the cooler conditions! ☀️💪

We'll keep posting updates as the project progresses so you can follow the transformation from start to finish.

A great project completed for a private customer on this traditional stone property.

The existing stone walls were prepared, reinforced and fully meshed before applying the Diasen Diathonite Evolution cork-based thermal render system. The property is now ready for the finishing coat.

Another project completed working alongside Jenkinson Builders.

On this job we carried out the scratch coat and top coat application as part of the Ecorend render system, helping to bring the project one step closer to completion. The finished render provides a clean, modern appearance while offering a durable, low-maintenance finish for years to come.

It's always rewarding seeing a project come together, especially on a property with so much character and detail.
