The weather is warming up! 😃 ☀️

If you are thinking about visiting us, please remember to follow our no BBQ rule.

As the summer approaches, the grasslands become dry, which means there is an increased risk of fire and damage. ⚠️

Picnics, on the other hand, are always welcome! 🥪 🧺 🍓

We also politely ask you to take your litter home and supervise children and keep dogs on leads near ponds, rivers, lakes and wildlife. Remember, swimming is prohibited.

🐝 Happy ! 🐝

We all love honeybees (who doesn’t love honey? 🍯), but they’re only part of the story.

Our native bumblebees and solitary bees are just as important.
The good news? 🌼

The landscape restoration work is helping to support them, creating vibrant wildflower meadows packed with life.

And it’s working… 👀

We’re spotting more and more rare bees across the Essex Country Parks.
