Customers reported a leak coming from the bathroom. On investigation it was the glass block tiles in the shower area (cracked/pointing) that was at fault. The shower area needed some tlc!

Customers noticed their utility/garage roof was bowing significantly. On closer inspection the roof joists werenโ€™t sitting on a lintel, & were simply hovering above a Upvc window ๐Ÿ˜“

Lintel installed to support joists, existing roof was latexed, OSB, then GRP roof. With relaying of ridge tiles.
Internally re-plaster boarding to areas.
