Existing mineral felt and boards removed.
New 18mm OSB and EPDM rubber installed.
This roof was leaking and sweating forming condensation all over.
Insulation has been pulled back from the eves, a dry ridge system installed and roof vents installed. Allowing ventilation through the loft space.

Re roof. Sandtoft standard pattern.
