An unexpected change - and a new opportunity for Glenside.
Many of our customers and friends will know that Glenside Printing has worked with some wonderful businesses over many years.
Sadly, we recently learned that one of our largest clients, The London Mint, has called in Adminstrators:- Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP
The London Mint represented a substantial part of our annual turnover and their closure has inevitably left a significant hole in our production schedule, as well as a considerable financial loss to Glenside.
For a family business like ours, these things hurt.
But Glenside has been printing since the 1840s. Across five generations we've lived through recessions, wars, enormous changes in technology and more than a few difficult moments along the way.
We're still here - and we're looking forward.
The work previously produced for this client means we now have additional capacity across our lithographic and digital departments. So rather than dwell on what we've lost, I'd like to use this opportunity to find the next businesses, organisations and agencies that we can build long-term relationships with.
