Following a site visit to address a failed boiler, we found the existing roof flue system didn't meet current regulations. To save the client unnecessary compliance costs, we engineered a smarter, more cost-effective solution.

The Works Included:

✅ Decommissioning the old unit and relocating services.

✅ Installing a new Worcester 32Kw Combi boiler in a more suitable location.

✅ Neatly routing new gas and condensate services above the suspended ceiling.

✅ Installing all new electrical supplies and controls.

The project was completed during normal working hours with minimal disruption, handed over with full commissioning certification, and backed by a manufacturer warranty.

Another project delivered safely, efficiently, and fully compliant!

Precision engineering in action...

We recently completed a complex structural alteration in Warwick to prepare for a new through-floor lift installation.

Because seamless, level access was non-negotiable for our customer, the project required us to alter the ground-level concrete floor to create a flawless sump pit.

With the margins for error incredibly slim, absolute precision was essential to perfectly align the mid-floor aperture with the ground-floor pit.

A massive thank you to our brilliant Lifts & Adaptations office team and our skilled on-site engineers. Your collective effort and attention to detail made this challenging achievement possible!
