Wilkins Property Maintenance & Electrical Robert Wilkins, of Wilkins Property Maintenance and Martin Wilkins, of Wilkins Electrical, are a father and son team who work in the Bridgwater area.

Martin has been a qualified electrician for over ten years, and Robert has been working self employed for 10+ years in the maintenance trade. Last couple of weeks we have undertaken this ensuite refit, consisting of wall panels, shower enclosure, vanity sink and other unit, concealed toilet, replacement downlighters and extraction fan aswell of other various jobs including radiator replacement. Final flooring and decorating to be done by client/others

Been a busy couple of weeks doing a full bathroom refit.
Ripped out previous bathroom, panelled all walls, built new airing cupboard, installed new shower, toilet & basin, new vinyl flooring laid, fitted new downlighters & extraction fan and new radiator. Also installed all bathroom accessories to customers specification. Final decorating (painting of woodwork, including the original door) is being completed by the customer

Another nice week 🌞 another fence job 🔨
This time feather edge panels built between brick piers. The spacing between each brick pier/pillar wasnt the same distance, so we had to build each panel individually because a standard fence panel wouldn't fit the gap. We then finished it with some capping.
