Skirting boards were under cut to allow the flooring to fit underneath.

Well this job has been a pleasure and a pain.
Original floor was like a bowl. 65mm out of level in places, so a sub floor has been added to level it up.
A solid sapele floor has then been glued to the top of this. Finally sanded off. Now just awaiting varnishing
