Energy Efficient And Emergency Ready💡⚡

🟧 We’ve just finished a cracking job in a block of flats, installing ambient lighting with built-in emergency packs to keep lights on during power cuts. The microwave sensors ensure they only switch on when needed, helping the landlord save on energy bills.

Over four floors, we fitted everything using PVC conduit, fire-rated & non-fire-rated clips, and made sure all floors were fire-sealed for safety.

Thanks to our good friend, and top electrician Westaby Electrical for helping us get this one over the line, team work makes the dream work!

📣 We’re proud to share a recent project we completed for one of Bridlington's leading seafood and shellfish supplier. Our team installed a new distribution board to enhance their operations, along with 7 new IP66 rated socket outlets and 4 rotary isolators to supply their equipment. Everything has been thoroughly tested, and we’ve completed the necessary electrical installation certificate to ensure safety and compliance.

⚡️ Safety First, Bridlington! ⚡️

We had a real shocker of a call-out recently!

🟧 We were called to a commercial client on Carnaby Industrial Estate in Bridlington, where we discovered an electrical fire in the toilet! The culprit? An extractor fan with no proper means of isolation! 😱

When the line and neutral conductors burnt together, it was only then the MCB tripped.

🤞Thankfully, we made the cabling safe and had the business back up and running. We will return to install a new fan and isolator.

This incident highlights just how important regular electrical checks are.
