Heres 2 out of 4 commercial units we’ve recently completed. (Others to follow) ▫️🟧

🔸All exterior has been fully prepped & sprayed.

🔸New door flashings installed due to damage.

🔸New corner flashing.

🔸All internal warehouse’s were sprayed

🔸Internal offices, stairs & toilets painted.

These units were in desperate need of some tlc! With the proper preparation, high quality paint & some long hours these now look like new!

Here is a commercial unit we’ve recently repaired & sprayed ▫️🟧

As you can see from the before pictures this was in great need of tlc.

We replaced damaged drip flashing, filled minor holes, fully sanded / prepped & sprayed then installed new screw caps to finish.

We also cleared the gutters & washed roof the lights allowing in much more natural light.

Here’s a large 3 story farmhouse project we recently completed.

Fully sprayed / painted out from top to bottom, all original roof joists sanded and stained.

Ceilings / doors / skirting / architraves / sills / sash windows / spindles & banister all spray finished.
