Rice Plumbing and Maintenance are expanding - due to securing significant works. We have an excellent opportunity for a Self-employed multi skilled Reactive Maintenance engineers to join our team.

The Role:

❖ You will be working in mostly commercial settings (high street shops and retailers/pubs and restaurants),you will travel daily between jobs and closely collaborate with our in-house team who will manage your diary.

❖ This is a van mobile role covering all aspects of reactive and planned maintenance (majority of the work will be within a commutable distance of West Yorkshire)

❖ To be successful in this role you will have previous multi skilled reactive maintenance experience.

Salary and Benefits:

❖ Company Van and Fuel card will be provided(business use only)
❖ Salary DOE - Realistic earnings of £30-35k
❖ Constant work guaranteed with the opportunity of weekend and out of hours works available


Previous Experience/Must haves:

❖ Knowledge of plumbing, joinery/carpentry and general maintenance work
❖ Ability to problem solve and think clearly under pressure
❖ Excellent customer service/client-facing skills
❖ Trustworthy as working in many well known high street retailers/ pubs and restaurants
❖ The successful candidate will need to complete multiple jobs per day and fulfil our clients strict KPI/SLA’s
❖ Own tools required
❖ Full UK driving licence
❖ CIS Registered in advance of start date
