When a lift stops, the job doesn't wait until morning.

Our engineers were on site late into the evening, working through the fault and carrying out the necessary repairs to get this lift safely back in service. Keeping people moving and minimising downtime is all part of the job.

Not every lift fault is a quick fix!

Scaffolding was required to safely access the top of the lift shaft after the safety gear had activated and pulled in at the very top of the shaft. Once access was gained, our engineers were able to reset the safety gear and continue fault-finding to identify the root cause of the issue.

Sometimes the biggest challenge is simply getting to the problem safely and efficiently.
