A stunning house refurb that we recently completed in Brighton.

This property was gutted to the core and rebuilt by the team at Tier construction. With some beautiful finishes throughout.

We are really pleased with how this one turned out ! With a hectic end to last year and busy start to 2025 we are looking forward to showing you what else we’ve been working on! ✅

Lovely little lighting upgrade we have carried out this week✅

Swapping out some old low voltage spotlights with no fire rating and constant blowing GU10 lamps ❌

We then installed some nice new LED alternatives to really brighten up the spaces 💡
