Temporary site supply for the welfare cabin wired today for Padwick Builders Ltd in Warminghurst.

Restoration works being carried out on the external retaining walls of this church dating back to 1220, some of the oldest timbers in Sussex and one of the oldest housed bells in the country thought to date back to 1180AD.

20a RCBO protected armoured radial circuit feeding 2 twin sockets mounted inside the kitchen for the fridge, roller door and LED lighting.

The BBQ and pizza oven are gas fired.

Let’s hope the clients invite us back for a test run of the beer fridge and pizza oven.

Good progress made on the garage conversion in West Chiltington.

We are now fully first fixed and ready for plastering.

Replacement light fitting installed for The Loser Store in St Peter’s Street, Brighton.

This is the third old anti-corrosion twin fluorescent light fitting that we have replaced with the Ansell Lighting Tornado LED version.

Brighter, cleaner looking fittings that use less energy than the old ones. Just one more to go to complete the upgrade.

What a difference a day……and a half makes.

The whole team spent yesterday and half the day today in Henfield getting this project first fixed ready for plastering.

With the Lounge and Kitchen first fixed yesterday along with the consumer unit upgrade. The plasterers were hot on our heels as we were finishing the Utility Room and Toilet.

With the plasterers being impressed by us “actually giving a sh*t” with what we do, they kindly cleaned out our down-lights and socket/switch boxes.

New project starting at this lovely property in Henfield today.

Kitchen, Utility Room, Dining Room and Ground Floor Toilet refurbishment.

Kitchen and Utility electrical points to be relocated, new down-light positions to wire and boiler controls to be moved.

We are also upgrading the old consumer unit and wiring a new 32a hob supply.

50a armoured main supply and armoured CAT6E ethernet cable installed into this pre-fabricated garden room in Sompting.

The cabling was cleated directly to the external wall of the house with the help of our self levelling laser.

Earth rod and cover installed to separate the garden room from the earthing from the house.

The internal electrics and fixtures were already installed prior to us visiting.
