Damario Roofing are proud to offer our bespoke drone surveys service.

As you know with any generic survey, every item is flagged and they usually air on the side of caution. So you get a situation where the seller has lived in the property, they assure you the roof is sound but the buyer wants a huge reduction for an entire new roof, this can prolong the sale process.

We can offer an impartial paid service:-

1) We carry out a drone survey of the entire roof and an internal loft inspection - including all associated roof items, such as chimneys - Fascia - guttering.

2) Supply a detailed roof condition report with all defective items highlighted - (from urgent works, to purely astethic defects) graded in order of priority.

3) Quantify and competitively quote for any recomended works. These will be itemised, with various options. Ranging from robust and thorough repairs, to reinstatement and renewal.

This way the buyer/seller are fully informed, they can then usually split the sum down the middle and progress with the sale.

We charge for these surveys and in the event of works being instructed, we would discount the cost of the survey from the works Invoice.

A huge thank you on international woman's day to the amazing Samantha-Jay Burnett.

it is no exaggeration to say that she is the very core and backbone of this business.

in January when she joined us as operations manager things were rather chaotic to say the least.

I had been struggling in the office and to be frank simply not delivering the level of service that we aim for.
