Plenty happening at our Rossmead residential renovation project in Hassocks.

This scheme includes a rear extension, glazed link building and full ground floor reconfiguration, creating a much-improved layout and a fantastic family living space.

On site, first fix plumbing and electrics are progressing well, plasterboarding is now nearing completion, and roofing works are underway, including both the main roof and the zinc roof installation to the new extension.

With multiple trades working across the project, the transformation is becoming more apparent week by week as we move closer to Interior Designers Pfeiffer Design being able to work thier magic.

One of the newer faces on the Everestmiles team, meet Med.

Med joined us 4 months ago and brings with him 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

Starting out as a labourer, he has worked his way through the trade and now specialises in second fix works and construction management. Holding an SSSTS qualification, he is currently heading up our Rossmead project in Hassocks.

When asked what he enjoys most about the job, his answer was simple: every day is different and it keeps you on your toes.

His favourite part of the working day? Getting jobs ticked off the list. And the best part of working at Everestmiles? “How nice everybody is, starting from the top.”

For Med, meeting deadlines and keeping a clean site are the key ingredients to a successful project.

And for the important questions... it’s coffee over tea, a nail gun is the tool of choice, prawn cocktail crisps are the go-to van snack, and Kisstory is always on the radio. ☕🔨🥔📻

We’re pleased to share that we have been appointed to deliver a catering facility reconfiguration project for The Salvation Army in Guildford.

Working alongside MacConvilles the scheme will involve upgrading and reconfiguring the existing catering facilities to improve functionality and efficiency.

Works are due to commence before the end of the month, and we’re looking forward to getting on site and delivering another successful project with the team.

A major milestone reached at our Loxdale School extension and refurbishment project, with Phase one now complete.

The completed works have delivered four new student bedrooms with bathrooms, alongside a new kitchen and store facility, ready for students to move into.

Attention now turns to Phase two, where works are underway to create a further three student bedrooms with en suites, two additional store rooms and associated decorating works.

We’re pleased to be working alongside on this phased project.
