So, our showroom and office will be closing at 12 noon on Friday 28 August and reopening at 9am on Tuesday 1 September.

We could probably sell cheaper windows.
We could also buy cheaper coffee.
We choose not to do either.

For over 50 years, the Goatley family has been rather particular about the products we put into people’s homes.

Nobody thinks about their windows in August.

They’re too busy thinking about barbecues, beaches and whether 22 degrees technically counts as a heatwave.

Your front door has had a lovely summer.

Unfortunately, autumn is coming.

August has a habit of making us wildly optimistic about British weather.

We buy outdoor cushions.
We plan dinner outside.
Somebody says, “We could really make more of the garden.”

And actually… they might have a point.

It takes skill, experience and teamwork to safely unload and handle large, high-quality windows — and luckily, we've got plenty of all three. 💪

Our warehouse and installation teams have decades of combined experience, with many of our brilliant team members having been with us for decades 👏❤️

They know their windows.
They know their doors.

And they definitely know how to get them off a lorry without turning the car park into a very expensive game of Jenga 😅
