Great progress on this fantastic home extension over the past few weeks!

✅ Blockwork completed
✅ Roof structure framed out
✅ Existing roof stripped and renewed
✅ Ready for the next stage of the build

Another busy week on site with this extension project taking shape nicely.

✅ Existing structure opened up and prepared
✅ Foundations excavated and poured
✅ New blockwork built up to DPC level
✅ Hardcore installed and compacted
✅ Sand blinding completed
✅ Damp proof membrane installed ready for the slab
✅ Existing openings altered and bricked up ready for the next phase

It’s great to see the project moving from groundwork into the build stage. Plenty more progress to come over the next few weeks as we continue transforming this property.

A big transformation in progress on this property.

We’ve completed the site clearance, removed the old structures, installed brand-new fencing around the perimeter, and prepared the ground ready for the next stage of works.

It’s always satisfying seeing a project go from a tired, unused space to a blank canvas ready for its new lease of life.

We’ve carefully opened up the existing chimney breast and installed a structural steel beam to support the load above, creating a much larger feature opening while preserving the character of the original fireplace.

Another job sorted with some serious remedial work needed on this one.

This roof had multiple issues around the junctions and abutments — including failing leadwork, poor detailing, and areas that had started to let water in. We stripped back the problem sections to expose the structure, carried out necessary repairs, and reinstated everything properly.

✅ New breathable membrane installed
✅ Leadwork replaced and correctly dressed
✅ Tiles reinstated and secured
✅ Junctions sealed to a proper standard

All finished up clean, watertight, and built to last 👌
