🌟 New rear extension
🌟 Existing porch demolished
🌟 New footings to make porch bigger
🌟 Complete downstairs gutted
🌟 Walls to be knocked down
🌟 New steel work to be installed
🌟 Downstairs will be remodelled to create an open plan kitchen, diner and an additional utility and downstairs WC.

Completion pictures to follow in the coming weeks.

Complete refurbishment handed over today.
The rear of the house was widened with new RSJ and bi-folds fitted, ceiling ripped down and insulated, completely rewired, water pipe relocated, complete replastering, new flooring throughout downstairs, new skirting, media wall built and finally decorated throughout.

Customer was over the moon, it was a pleasure to work for them.

⭐️ What a transformation ⭐️

Complete refurbishment: ceiling ripped down, insulted and reboarded, fully replastered, new coving, decoration throughout.

We also repaired both chimneys, cut out, repointed and new lead work then new fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes to entire property including rear extension.

A client of ours was struggling with the stairs due to the crazy pitch of the stair case.
Once we met them at site and explained we could lower the staircase to the correct pitch without huge impact to the home, they were over the moon and gave us the go ahead immediately.
Please see before and after pictures below.
Job now complete including new carpet and decoration.

Good evening, another job completed last week.
Rip out hedges overgrown at the rear of property which required a digger to be craned into the garden, scrape out the area, grab lorry required to remove all hedges and debris.
W**d mat laid, 10tonne of MOT type 1 then new feather edge fencing installed and sprayed with clear decking oil for protection.

Good evening all
Another job complete ☑️
This was a job through insurance company for the home owner as there had been a leak in the property which had been detected and fixed before our arrival, report said it had been leaking for 18 months or more.
We had to rip up floors, new joist, insulation, new floorboards, refit kitchen with new end panels and plinths and floor company installed new vinyl floor.

Good afternoon,

⭐️ Complete garden transformation and extended single storey rear extension ⭐️

Dug out almost 100 tonne to create 1 level garden up to hard standing, knocked down exisiting block wall, new retaining walls and steps, new composite fencing to the side and top of garden. Finished off with Porcelain patio slabs leading from driveway throughout to rear garden and completed with artificial grass.

Composite fence at the front of the property with bespoke made gate including bespoke recycling and bin storage.

Customers were a pleasure to work for from start to finish.

I am awaiting pictures from the neighbour as we landscaped their garden with porcelain patio at the same time whilst access was available.

Complete hallway renovation.
Ceilings taken down, lights moved, extra sockets fitted, wallpaper stripped and fully replastered, new light weight loft hatch cut in, complete redecoration and new stainless steel handrail.
