Hey everyone, a number of you will be aware already through the Chew Valley fb page but thought I'd post on my page too.
My van was broken into yesterday in broad daylight at 2pm on Chew Magna high street. They stole numerous Makita power tools and site radio, a Megger tester and various other electrical items.
Although I'm not holding out much hope of recovering these items, if you happen to be approached or made aware of similar items being sold (my tools tend to have RP written on them) then do let me know.
I also heard that just round the corner from where my van was parked, someone else had their car stolen from their driveway. So obviously thieves are active in the area so worth being extra vigilant.
Thank you to all the positive comments via the Chew Valley page and needless to say I'll be back up and running in no time at all so don't feel you can't contact me about any electrical requirements in the meantime!
