Not my usual electrical work, but a frequent task. This project was a last-minute call, finished during the bank holiday weekend. Thanks to the three musketeers, we crossed the finish line. We replaced the old grid ceiling with a metal frame one at 450mm centres, including fire-resistant boards and access hatches.🔨

WARNING❌. We recently responded to a call-out at a new home with a power outage and were appalled by what we found. A previous occupant's attempt to avoid paying for electricity in the kitchen and other areas compromised the entire electrical system, posing a life-threatening risk, particularly with two little ones present. This highlights the importance of regular electrical inspections, especially in new homes. We did during the call out reinstate the Earth to the property, tested the RCD and got the power back on. Safe to say we will be back on our next available slot to provide a complete Condition report. ⚡️
