A couple of small jobs for a client. Tiles and batton were stripped in order to apply new felt membrane and secret gutter installed in order to prevent the water from leaking through the step-down. New lead flashing was then installed to further prevent leaks aswell as patenation oil applied to maintain aesthetic. The last photo shows the re application of new felt membrane after an old boiler flu was extracted.
