At Lenex Bris Ltd, we fixed it properly:
✓ Removed the existing render back to bare brick
✓ Allowed the wall to dry out properly
✓ Installed a 90mm EPS Graphite EWI system
✓ Added Dryrod damp-proofing rods for extra moisture protection
✓ Finished the wall with a silicone render — ideal for UK homes because it helps repel rainwater while still allowing the wall to breathe.
