This house was designed in 1873 by Henry Crisp. It has distinctive overhanging eaves with ornamental brackets and stencilled soffit.

The project required a new extension to create a large, sunny family room and two ensuite bedrooms. It was carefully constructed in Dundry rubble stone to match the existing walls, with roof to match the original house.

The project won Best Two-Storey Extension of the North Somerset Building Control Building Excellence awards.
