Great review for the team.

We could not have been happier with the service provided by Tweedy Brothers during our recent build. From start to finish, their professionalism, skill and commitment to excellence were clear in every aspect of the project.
Communication was constant throughout the build. They responded quickly to any questions, with patience and good humour, even when asked things they must have answered countless times before. From the first meeting, they inspired confidence, and that trust was fully justified as the work progressed.
Their team was punctual, clean and tidy, sweeping up at the end of every day. They worked unobtrusively and with great focus, showing meticulous attention to detail and consistently very high standards. Their courteous and polite approach extended not only to us but also to our neighbours, with working hours kept firmly within the day, avoiding any evening or weekend disruption.
The company presented itself impeccably. From day one, the Tweedy Brothers sign went up, vans were branded, and the workforce all wore company clothing. This set a professional tone and a high standard in what is otherwise a quiet neighbourhood. Even on the rare occasions when subcontractors were brought in, they spoke highly of the Tweedys, saying “you won’t find better”.
Collaboration was excellent. They worked seamlessly with our architect and dealt directly with suppliers, ensuring the project remained on track. Their handling of the kitchen fit-out was exemplary. By liaising directly with Howden Kitchens, they removed much of the stress and delivered an outstanding result. Costs were fully transparent from the outset, with no hidden extras – we only paid more where we ourselves chose to upgrade.
They were also incredibly considerate of us living onsite during the build. A temporary kitchen was created that worked brilliantly, and they ensured we had access to all utilities each evening. This alone saved us thousands of pounds in alternative accommodation costs.
In short, Tweedy Brothers were unflappable, unobtrusive and thoroughly professional throughout. Their combination of craftsmanship, reliability and attention to detail sets them apart. We would not hesitate to recommend them – indeed, you won’t find better.
