Great to have Lisa Smith from Be The Change join us at the office this week to run a customer service & resolution management session 👏

It wasn’t just a “sit and listen” kind of training, we got properly involved.

Roleplays, honest reflection, and a few moments that made us all stop and rethink how we handle conversations day-to-day.

It sparked some great discussions around how communication styles differ across teams, from construction through to service.

A really valuable session for the whole team, and plenty of takeaways we’ll be putting into practice straight away!
