We just wanted to make all of our customers aware that Paul from Melrose Tiling has suffered a bleed on the brain and is currently in hospital awaiting the next stage of treatment and care.
As you can imagine, this has come as a huge shock to our family.
We know there are customers currently waiting for work to begin or projects due to start this week, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or worry caused by the sudden lack of contact.
Please be assured that we will be reaching out personally to everyone affected over the coming days to discuss and rearrange planned work.
Paul values every single customer enormously and Melrose Tiling is his livelihood, and even from his hospital bed he is worrying about letting people down and talking about the work he has lined up.
We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness during this very difficult time for our family. We promise that all customers will be contacted and work will be rebooked as soon as possible.
