YARD OPERATIVE NEEDED.

There is a chance to join our busy yard in Bedminster and organise and control its day to day activities.

Do you have ;
Experience of working within a busy environment?

· A good eye for detail and a disciplined approach?

· Ability to work effectively with minimal guidance/supervision?

· Willingness to accept responsibility?

· Experience around working machinery?

Responsibilities will involve:-

· Stock maintenance and control

· Order picking

· Yard maintenance and management including general maintenance of the grounds, parking control and general waste processing

· Co-ordinate plant movements within the yard, washing off and movement of plant.

· Fuelling up of vehicles

· Assistance with the development and improvement of the yard and processes within it

· The role will suit a self-motivated and proactive person who thrives under pressure. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will need good communication skills whilst working with people on all levels. You will be organised, adaptable and able to prioritise workloads to suit the changing needs of the business.

A position has become available for a HGV class 2 Hook loader driver to join our expanding transport team, based in our yard in Bedminster, Bristol. Primarily collecting waste products from demolition sites and transporting to various disposal / recycling sites.
We are looking for experienced, trustworthy, hardworking individuals with a can do attitude and a good knowledge of the local area. An ADR licence would be advantageous.

We are so proud of our continuous high standards from our Ops site teams and management, receiving recognition from clients for that is an added boost. We have received awards on one of our Bristol sites, hugely complex with a large number of workforce. Well done to Josh and the team.

Today we were finally able to celebrate a milestone for one of our employees, Mark ( Jock) Gracie has worked for the Wring family for over 25 years and as a thank you we proudly presented him with a vintage tractor. Tractors are a passion of Marks and this addition was to complete a collection he has gained over a number of years.
