A quick bathroom upgrade in a rental property on behalf of a local estate agent.

Customer wanted to use the bath as a stand up shower so removed the existing tiles and replaced the board behind as water had got behind the tiles.
Installed shower panels all the way around the bath, installed a new shower rail and a new shower screen.

A quick and simple upgrade to get more use from the bathroom.

Always nice to complete a job with quality materials when a lot of the time it’s rental properties where cost is the main component.

New en-suite shower room completed for a lovely couple in Winterbourne. Complete renovation with repairs to the floor, walls and ceiling. Tiled floor to ceiling on the walls, tiles floor, new shower, new glass cubical and furniture.

New sliding doors installed in customers house with metal door track and oak doors.

They look great but nerve racking as the track had no adjustment options to align the 2 doors so the drilling, routing and fitments had to be installed perfectly first time.

Measure 50 times cut and drill once 😀

Updated from my original images, the customer finished the painting and added the seat cushion. Useful storage and a nice use of the available space.
Starting on installing all of their internal doors this week, so nice when you get to go back to a customer again and again because they like your work.
I have installed the radiators, the machined oak flooring to the whole of the downstairs, installed ambient lighting in the kitchen, completed the under stairs work and their machined oak doors.

Just renovated a customers solid wood worktops.

Like a muppet I forgot to take the before photos but they had water damage, scratches, chips and burn marks from sauce pans.

All completed through removal of all silicone, multiple grades of sanding, finished with a worktop oil and then re-siliconed.

They came up really well 🙂

Getting out in the garden is something we will all hopefully get the chance to do this week while we get a taste of summer.
I have been hard at work on my own garden and completing upgrades and repairs for customers.
