Latest kitchen renovation for a local estate agent, replacing a tired and damaged kitchen in a rental property.

The colour scheme was designed to make the room feel bigger, the use of a 2 colour door design helped create a feeling of space.

The wood effect laminate worktops and LVT flooring finished the look alongside the repainting of the room and white brick effect tiling.

It’s been so busy I haven’t had time to post for a while.
I have set up a new garden landscaping part to my business and this is one of the projects we have recently completed for a customer.

A raised patio with external porcelain tiles and a customer purchased pagoda. The raised patio enabled full use of the folding patio doors the customer had installed a while ago.

Quite a few tons of material went into making the raised patio which was a real challenge in the extremely hot weather we had at the time 🥵

A big change from the initial look to the new installation.

Flat renovation over Christmas and new year.
Moving a stud wall to install a new larger kitchen, a little electrical work, new flooring in lounge, kitchen and hallway and painting in customer colours.

Big change in a short time frame ready for college return.

A quick bathroom upgrade in a rental property on behalf of a local estate agent.

Customer wanted to use the bath as a stand up shower so removed the existing tiles and replaced the board behind as water had got behind the tiles.
Installed shower panels all the way around the bath, installed a new shower rail and a new shower screen.

A quick and simple upgrade to get more use from the bathroom.
