So after a few sleepless nights thinking how we are going to tackle the unique structural work on the Walsh Ave renovation project stage 1 is complete, goal post steels and concrete pads in and all prep work done ready for next Teusday after the bank holiday for the second set of steels and pads to go in then I will be a happy man, have a great bank holiday weekend to you all and keep up with us to see how this project progresses

New contract started this week and on day two massive complications have arisen, how we get over this is tomorrow's debate but keep tuned as there always has to be another option

Progrees this week at our double extension build, Bathroom extension boarded and skimmed ready for tiling, side extension knock through to existing kitchen done and both extensions screeded ready for side extension to be skimmed next week 👌
