🙌🏼 odd Job Paul to the rescue!
This customer rang distressed she was unable to access her room, worrying that the door would of needed to be cut out.
A chair had fallen behind the bedroom door blocking access into the room. Using a pole to hook the chair within the smallest of gaps, I managed to move the chair to gain access. Saving the customer from an added expensive of replacing the door.
